1 Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
The original invoice/bill must be presented at the time of return.

2 Refund Policy

A. Unused Product with Tag Intact

  • If the product is unused and the original tag is intact:
  • 10% deduction will be applied
  • 90% of the purchase amount will be refunded

B. Unused Product with Tag Removed

  • If the product is unused but the tag has been removed:
  • 25% deduction will be applied
  • 75% of the purchase amount will be refunded

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of purchase

3 Buy-Back Policy

  • Buy-back is applicable only with the original bill/invoice.
  • Under the buy-back policy: 50% of the original purchase value will be refunded.
  • The product will undergo quality and condition inspection before approval.

4 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only at the same store/branch from where the product was purchased.
  • Exchange is subject to: Product inspection, Stock availability
  • Products that are damaged, altered, or misused are not eligible for exchange.

5 Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Returns and refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product has been used or damaged
  • Signs of wear, scratches, or misuse are found
  • The jewellery has been used for pledging, loans, or collateral
  • Any form of fraud or misuse is detected

6 product Inspection

  • All returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to physical inspection.
  • Approval will be granted only if the product is found to be in acceptable condition.

7 Refund Method

  • Refunds up to ₹5,000 may be processed in cash.
  • Refunds above ₹5,000 will be processed only via bank transfer.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on verification and inspection.

8 Limitation of Liability

  • The company’s liability is limited strictly to the purchase value of the product.
  • The company shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9 Policy Updates

  • We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
  • Customers are advised to review this policy before making a purchase.

10 Legal Jurisdiction

  • All disputes shall be subject to New Delhi jurisdiction.
  • Disputes will be resolved under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
  • The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.
